Mostadam (مستدام) is Saudi Arabia's national green building rating system, developed by the Saudi Green Building Forum (SGBF) under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs. Unlike LEED or BREEAM — which are international frameworks adapted to the Kingdom — Mostadam was engineered from the ground up for Saudi Arabia's extreme climate, local construction culture, regulatory environment, and the ambitious sustainability targets of Vision 2030. The Mostadam Accredited Professional (AP) credential certifies that a practitioner can apply the Mostadam rating system competently on Saudi building projects.

This 5-day intensive course prepares candidates to pass the Mostadam AP examination and apply the framework professionally. It is essential for any architect, engineer, consultant, or developer working on Saudi government, residential, commercial, or hospitality projects where Mostadam compliance is increasingly mandated. The course is delivered in Arabic and English, grounding every credit in Saudi regulatory context, local material availability, and KSA climate data.

Prerequisite: No formal credential required. Recommended for professionals with experience in building design, construction, or real estate development within the Saudi or GCC market. Arabic language proficiency is beneficial as the primary rating documentation is in Arabic.
