This course applies lubrication best practices to industrial asset reliability. Participants learn how to design lubrication programs, conduct oil analysis, identify lubricant-related failure modes, and reduce maintenance costs through proactive lubrication management aligned with ISO 55001 asset management principles.

Contamination Control & Storage

Particle contamination targets (ISO 4406); water contamination; filtration strategies; kidney-loop filtration; lubricant storage room design; color-coding and labelling

Lubrication Program Implementation & KPIs

CMMS integration for lubrication tasks; training lubrication technicians; cost-benefit of lubrication excellence; KPIs: lubricant consumption, MTBF, related failures
